*Recipe:-*

1.Turmeric roots 

2.Water 

3.Pot 

4.Oven or sunlight ( sunlight will take days to dry it out )

*Procedure:-*

1. Wash your turmeric roots to remove sand and any living organisms around it 

2. In a sauce pan, boil your washed turmeric roots for about 30min ( this will also help in killing any bacteria trapped in it and don't forget -most of our farm products are treated with pesticides/chemicals which are not healthy for human consumption) don't worry, you won't loose it's nutritional values 

3. Strain out the water used for boiling your turmeric.  Cut your tumeric roots into bits - this is so that  it can dry out faster. 

4. A. Spread out your cutted turmeric roots in your baking tray and bake till its properly dry ( remember if you don't dry it out properly, it will be pasty  when grinding  )

4. B. You can also dry it under the sun but this will take days to achieve a dry product. 

5. Allow it to cool down. then grind with your food processor/ hand mill to smooth powder .

6. Pour into your air-tight container. It can last for over a year if properly stored or handled.

 

🤹You can now put into your Parceling rappon or containers for sell. Go to any cyber and make your stickers and place there.
